This Reseller Policy formally governs the authorized use of WizLiv reseller accounts, including the structure and management of credits and service lines, and the specific rules applicable to the lawful resale of IPTV access to end users.
The purchase, activation, or use of a WizLiv reseller plan constitutes your binding agreement to comply with all conditions specified herein, in conjunction with and without limitation to our general Terms & Conditions and Anti-Fraud Policy.
Only users who understand and agree to WizLiv’s responsibilities and limitations should apply as resellers.
You must provide accurate contact information and be reachable for important account notifications.
You are responsible for ensuring that reselling IPTV services is lawful in your country or region.
Resellers must follow all WizLiv policies, including Terms, Refunds, Anti-Fraud, and Warranty rules.
Reseller accounts are based on credits and connections (lines). Correct usage is mandatory.
Each credit or unit corresponds to a certain subscription duration or device connection, as defined on your reseller plan.
Each created line or trial reduces your available credits; deleted lines may not always refund credits, depending on system rules.
Mass-creating temporary trials, test lines, or suspiciously short activations may trigger automatic limitations.
You must protect your reseller panel credentials. Leaked access or shared logins remain your responsibility.
WizLiv may monitor abnormal reseller activity to protect the platform and other resellers.
Resellers are independent sellers, not official WizLiv branches, but must represent the service honestly.
You may set your own retail prices, as long as you do not misrepresent advertised features or guarantees.
You must not promise unrealistic uptime, “lifetime” guarantees, or false official affiliations.
You may mention WizLiv as your provider but cannot present yourself as the official main brand or owner.
Misleading customers about what IPTV is or how it works may result in reseller suspension.
As a reseller, you are the first point of contact for your own customers.
You must provide basic technical guidance and respond to your customers’ questions in a timely manner.
Only after you have performed basic troubleshooting should you escalate issues to WizLiv support.
You must clearly explain service limitations, such as potential buffering or channel changes, to your users.
Abuse towards WizLiv staff or misuse of support channels may result in reseller privileges being removed.
Reseller access is a privilege. It may be revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, or severe policy violations.
Ignoring WizLiv rules, flooding the system, or abusing trials may result in panel suspension.
Fraudulent payments or repeated chargebacks will result in permanent blocking and panel termination.
Credits lost due to misuse, fraud, or violation of rules will not be refunded or compensated.
By operating as a WizLiv reseller, you confirm that you understand and accept this Reseller Policy. Respecting these rules protects both the platform and your own long-term reseller business.
